As an active talent at Odense Film Workshop we have a number of options that can boost you and your project, irrespective of your stage of development.

You can find a list of choices below with offers aimed at different levels of experience, and you can read more about these offers and activities in the different menus.

For the inexperienced

  • An individual Zooming course that enhances you and your project
  • Admission to a Taskforce course with other inexperienced people who want to set about making films
  • Pitch support, so you can quickly get to grips with trying to produce visual stories with professional equipment
  • ”Check out YouTube” at Filmspace every Wednesday from 16 -18 where you can be better informed about online storytelling, create effects, work with the Green Screen and much more…
  • Odense Docs, where you can make a documentary in your local area, so you get the opportunity to know more about yourself and your surroundings through the documentary’s storytelling narrative

For the experienced

  • An individual Zooming course that enhances you and your project
  • Feedback Lab, that provides you with the opportunity for discussion on an active project together with a consultant and other talents at the workshop, in an open forum
  • Final Feedback, that provides you with the opportunity for discussion on a completed project and your experience together with a consultant, in a closed forum
  • Pitch support, so you can quickly get to grips with trying to produce visual stories with professional equipment
  • Ordinary support, so you can obtain funding as well as state of the art production equipment for your visual storytelling
  • Go Urban, where you can lend your voice to Odense’s culture scene and contribute to different cultural experiences through the production of a framed visual narrative
  • Pure Film – a new course for aspiring film-makers working with a project targeted for the short film format. You apply for admission in March 2018 followed by an April startup
  • Talentcamp, where you, together with a group of international talents, can enhance your skills during an intense week of masterclasses, workshops and production
  • Screen Talent Europe, where you can visit international film festivals to create a network and gather a wealth of useful experience

For the industry ready

  • An individual Zooming course that enhances you and your project

  • Final Feedback, that provides you with the opportunity for discussion on a completed project and your experience together with a consultant, in a closed forum

  • Screen Talent Europe, where you can visit international film festivals to create a network and gather a wealth of useful experience
  • Screen Talent Europe, where we can set you up for co-support from foreign film workshops with a view to producing visual narratives alongside industry ready talents abroad
  • Next Step – a new course for those talents standing at the threshold of the industry and who wish to strengthen their application to either New Danish Screen, TV stations or similar. You can apply to take part in January 2018 with startup in February

Talents conclude

After the completion of your film, you have probably learned a lot from your process. Right here you can hear what others have learned – successes, mistakes, and experiences from the different stages of film production.
